Grant-approved Project Activities

Grant-approved project activities are those activities specified or described in a grant application, plan, or other document that are approved by the HHS awarding office for funding, or changes that may be proposed by the grantee and subsequently approved by the HHS awarding office Grants Officer. For purposes of this definition, it does not matter whether Federal funding constitutes all or only a portion of the financial support necessary to carry out such activities.
